Baked Asparagus

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh asparagus
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh onion
2 1⁄2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1/4 Cup Maceo's Italian bread crumbs
Salt (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Put butter in shallow 8x8 glass baking dish. Place in microwave and melt butter (about 30 sec).
  2. Wash asparagus and arrange spears in dish dredging in butter as you place them.
  3. Combine other ingredients and sprinkle over spears.
  4. Cover dish and bake at 375 for about 30 minutes.
