 This is a authentic Olive Salad created by my great Uncle Tony Lavoi.  This is the same recipe used by Tony on the corner of Royal and Dumaine in the New Orleans French Quarter.

Olives, capers, fresh garlic, extra virgin olive oil and Maceo's original muffaletta seasoning makes this the finest olive salad you will ever taste.
